29th Umweltfest Berlin
The 29th Environmental Festival at Brandenburg Gate in April with 200+ exhibitors, interactive activities, live music, and educational fun for kids.
The traditional Environmental Festival, celebrating its 30th edition, will take place at the Brandenburg Gate in April. Over 200 exhibitors will offer various interactive activities and informational booths. Visitors can enjoy music, festivities, and gain insights into eco-friendly mobility, home energy-saving methods, solar batteries, and sustainable public transport. The Green League Berlin's Environmental Festival provides fun and educational experiences for children, including a bio-experience farm where kids can meet farm animals, bake animal-shaped cookies, collect eggs, and harvest fruits and vegetables. The event will feature live music, a poetry slam, and fashion shows at the Brandenburg Gate stage and the lounge at the Soviet War Memorial. Throughout the day, the program will cater to both adults and children, with discussions involving celebrities on topics like pesticides, future mobility, and Berlin's green initiatives. Several award ceremonies and the Better World Poetry Slam are also part of the event's agenda. This festival is an opportunity to celebrate, learn, and engage with the community about environmental sustainability and green living.
