At Luisenhain, during the Rathaus Köpenick autumn festival, we had the pleasure of serving our delicious Nepalese momo to festival-goers enjoying a weekend full of live music, entertainment, and seasonal delights. The festival featured two stages with live music, thrilling rides for children, and numerous attractions that made it a highlight of the autumn season. Visitors of all ages gathered to experience a vibrant mix of performances, all while savoring the tastes and sights of the festival. Throughout the weekend, the air was filled with the sounds of live concerts and DJ parties, with performances from artists like Mr. Pete, Totos Gang, and Ginger Taylor. As the music played, our food truck was bustling with activity, serving our signature momo to hungry guests who were eager to try something new. The warm, savory flavors of our traditional momo were a perfect match for the cool autumn air, providing a hearty, satisfying meal to visitors as they explored the festival grounds. The excitement peaked during the spectacular fire shows, with special Halloween performances lighting up the night sky on Friday at 9 PM and Saturday at 8 PM. As the flames danced and the crowd gathered in awe, we were proud to see festival-goers enjoying our momo while taking in the incredible display. The fire show added an extra layer of magic to an already thrilling weekend, making it an unforgettable experience for everyone who attended. Alongside the thrilling rides for kids and the energetic DJ parties, the festival’s vibrant atmosphere was a perfect backdrop for introducing our momo to a new audience. Whether guests were dancing to the music, watching the fire shows, or taking a break from the excitement, they found comfort and flavor in every bite of our momo. The Luisenhain festival was more than just a celebration of autumn; it was a gathering of people from all walks of life, coming together to enjoy music, entertainment, and great food. We were delighted to be part of this fantastic event, offering our Nepalese street food to the diverse crowd. Watching families enjoy the rides, friends dance to the music, and everyone savor the festival’s food offerings — including our momo — was a rewarding experience. As the weekend came to a close, we were grateful for the opportunity to share a taste of Nepal with the Köpenick community, making this autumn festival truly special. The combination of live music, breathtaking fire shows, and delicious food created a perfect autumn celebration that we were proud to be a part of.
