We served our delicious Nepalese street food at the 1st Europafest in Berlin, offering visitors a taste of Nepal amidst diverse European culinary delights and vibrant cultural celebrations!
We were excited to be part of the inaugural Europafest, held from July 19 to August 4, 2024, at Breitscheidplatz in the heart of Berlin’s City West. Nestled between the iconic Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche and the Bikini-Haus, this event offered a vibrant celebration of European culture and cuisine. As part of the festivities, we brought our authentic Nepalese street food to the event, offering visitors a flavorful taste of Nepal amidst the culinary diversity of Europe. The festival was an incredible opportunity for food lovers to embark on a gastronomic journey through the kitchens of Europe. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as visitors explored an array of street food offerings from around the continent. From the rich flavors of Hungarian Lángos and Spanish Tapas to French Crêpes and hearty burgers, there was something for every taste. Alongside these global flavors, we proudly served our delicious Nepalese street food, blending tradition with a modern festival vibe. The festival also featured an eclectic mix of entertainment, with live music on a small stage and street musicians creating an upbeat atmosphere. Children had plenty of fun too, with a bungee trampoline adding an extra dash of excitement. Vendors from countries like Ukraine, Poland, France, Spain, and Germany offered regional products for sale, making it a truly international experience. This first Europafest was a fantastic celebration of food, culture, and community. With free entry and daily festivities from 11 am to 10 pm, it was the perfect event for families, tourists, and locals alike to enjoy the best of Europe’s culinary and cultural offerings. We were thrilled to be part of it, sharing our flavors and connecting with so many people in such a vibrant setting.
